(More customer reviews)My outdoor transmitter stopped working in less than a year. The inside part still works but you dont know what the temperature is outside and thats the main reason why we bought it. I'm going to buy a different brand this time.

Using the readings from its remote TX29UDTH thermo-hygro sensor, the weather station allows users to check the outdoor temperature and relative humidity from inside, and to also monitor the indoor temperatures and time.
The weather station\'s receiver features a detachable stand to accommodate wall-hanging and free-standing displays alike. On its LCD screen, the receiver relates the time, temperatures, and outdoor relative humidity percentage. The receiver\'s simple two-button interface allows the user to manually set the time, select 12- or 24-hour and Celsius or Fahrenheit displays, and review the recorded minimum and maximum temperature readings. The receiver measures indoor temperatures from 14.1 to 139.8 degrees F. Communicating with the receiver from up to 330 feet unobstructed, the remote sensor is capable of assessing outdoor temperatures ranging from -39.8 to 139.8 degrees F and has an outdoor relative humidity range of 1 to 99 percent. The sensor\'s small LCD allows on-site temperature readings. For the best results, install the sensor with the provided mounting bracket in a sheltered, shaded area. The weather station accommodates up to three remote sensors total. To power the weather station, the separate purchase of four AA alkaline batteries is required. A limited one-year warranty covers this product. The station receiver measures 2-2/5 inches wide by 4/5 inch deep by 5-9/10 inches high while the sensor spans 1/2 inches wide by 5/6 inch deep by 5 inches high.
