(More customer reviews)I've owned this device for a little over a year and during that time both the entire device and the remote sensor have been returned/replaced. Just to be clear that means that I'm on my THIRD remote sensor. An example of the problem I had was that it "predicted" rain for weeks on end. When I called tech support the fellow kept insisting that it was a prediction. I re-explained that I live in south central Kansas and it had been warm and sunny for weeks and he once again tried to convince me that the rain "prediction" would come true. I agreed by default. Needless to say today its precipitating a wintry mix (snow, sleet etc.) and has been for days. My weather station clearly says sun. It's bound to be a true prediction eventually. The NOAA weather receiver works perfectly, my regret is that I didn't just buy it separately and a separate weather station.
