(More customer reviews)LaCrosse item #WS-9245TWC received on time as stated, however the wireless receiver battery compartment was inadvertanly "sealed" from the factory and no batteries could be inserted.
Several calls and emails were sent (Tool Box Supply) and they did reply.....all with the same courteous reply to press on back of battery holder and slide door open.
However the door could not be opened, no matter the direction or pressure applied.
The item was sent back to Toolboxsupply per their instructions and am awaiting a refund.
