(More customer reviews)Seduced by the sexy image on the box and the promise of automatic updates via the internet, I purchased this gift for the wife for Christmas. She has disappointed to have trouble installing it on her Windows7 machine. No problem!...let me install it on my Vista desktop. Still nothing...but it's not the end of the world, the kid's computer is XP. No go. Never even could get the software to load our city, much less connect to the unit via USB with updates. Disappointing and frustrating. I think you are better off to get an inexpensive tablet and install a weather app.
