(More customer reviews)We had some trouble getting the thing to work in the first place. had to uninstall a couple of times with our Windows XP computer, and then had to resent the remote device a couple of times.
but then, we upgraded to Windows 7 and the thing doesn't work at all. They say it cannot be compatible with Windows 7. Needless to say, we are not pleased. They didn't see Windows 7 coming?????
